Return, Refunds, Conditions, and Policies

Our Values:

At Tarot Authority, we hold our customers in high regard and are committed to their satisfaction. However, due to the unique nature of our vintage decks, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

Shipping Fees:

• For orders totaling $99 and below, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied.

Conditions:

1. All Sales Final:

   • Please be aware that once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Liability:

1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

   • Tarot Authority will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Customers are advised to contact the mail carrier directly in case of such incidents.

2. Package Investigations:

   • In the event of package theft or damage during transit, Tarot Authority will assist customers in initiating investigations. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any resulting damage, theft, or loss.

3. Refusal of Package:

   • If a buyer refuses to sign for a package upon delivery, Tarot Authority will not be liable for any subsequent loss or theft of the package.
